About Me

I graduated from the Fibers department at the Maryland Institute, College of Art in 2005. While in college, I studied many different methods of fabric and garment construction as well as surface design.

I have always been inspired by whimsical, fairytale-like costume and the elegant court dresses from 17th and 18th century Europe. In my work I try to combine the whimsical with elegance and simplicity by using light weight, natural fibers and subtle color variations.
